Supplier Registration

A structured digital entry point for supplier onboarding and accreditation.

Supplier Registration provides prospective and participating suppliers with a centralized online process for submitting the information and supporting documents required to establish their supplier profile and proceed with accreditation.

Suppliers are provided with dedicated fields to enter their company information, contact details, banking information, tax information, products and services, and other relevant business details required as part of the registration and accreditation process.

The registration process also includes dedicated fields for suppliers to upload their company documents and other accreditation requirements. These documents serve as supporting records that allow the accrediting client to review and verify the information entered by the supplier against the documents submitted.

Once submitted, the information and supporting documents can be reviewed by the accrediting client to determine whether the supplier information is complete and consistent with the supporting records, or whether certain information or documents require correction, modification, updating, or additional submission before the accreditation process can proceed.

This creates a more structured review process between the supplier and the accrediting client. Instead of handling registration through back to back emails, separate forms, multiple attachments, and repeated requests for corrections, the supplier's information and supporting documents are maintained within one registration environment where the requirements can be reviewed and acted upon accordingly.

The registration process also establishes the supplier's relationship with the appropriate accrediting client through the applicable client and access controls. This ensures that the supplier registration is properly associated with the organization for which accreditation is being sought.

Supplier Registration serves as the starting point of the REDTECH One supplier journey, providing both the supplier and the accrediting client with an organized process for the submission, review, verification, and completion of supplier accreditation requirements.

Registration is for suppliers who are beginning the process. If you already have an account, please proceed through the REDTECH One Supplier Hub instead.

REDTECH One Supplier Hub

A dedicated workspace for suppliers to manage accreditation, documents, billing, and continuing business requirements.

REDTECH One Supplier Hub is the supplier facing workspace of REDTECH One. It provides registered suppliers with a secure and organized environment for managing their continuing accreditation requirements, company information, documents, billing related transactions, and other activities connected with their participating business partners.

While Supplier Registration serves as the initial entry point, the Supplier Hub becomes the supplier's continuing workspace after registration. It allows suppliers to maintain relevant information and supporting documents throughout the business relationship, rather than having to repeatedly submit the same information through separate email exchanges whenever a requirement needs to be reviewed or updated.

Suppliers can manage documents that may require renewal, replacement, or updating over time. This provides a more organized way of maintaining supplier records and helps both the supplier and the participating business partner determine whether relevant documents and requirements remain current.

The Supplier Hub also supports billing related processes. Suppliers can prepare and submit relevant billing information and supporting documents through a structured process, allowing transactions to be properly associated with the supplier and the appropriate business partner.

Access to supplier information is governed by the applicable business relationship and system permissions. Suppliers have access to their own information, while participating business partners are provided access only to supplier information associated with their respective organization. Information belonging to suppliers accredited with another participating business partner is not automatically made available to unrelated organizations.

REDTECH One Supplier Hub therefore provides suppliers with a continuing digital workspace, moving the supplier relationship beyond initial accreditation and into the day to day management of documents, billing requirements, information, and business collaboration.

The Supplier Hub is intended for suppliers who already have the appropriate access to the platform.

REDTECH One Enterprise Workspace

An integrated internal workspace connecting supplier management, procurement, finance, accounting, tax, compliance, reporting, and management decision support.

REDTECH One Enterprise Workspace is the internal business environment of REDTECH One. It is designed for authorized personnel of participating organizations who manage the processes behind supplier accreditation, procurement, billing, collections, payments, treasury, accounting, tax matters, financial reporting, and analytics.

The Enterprise Workspace connects the organization's internal processes with information originating from supplier registration and the Supplier Hub. This allows authorized personnel to work with relevant supplier information and supporting records within a more coordinated environment instead of relying heavily on separate spreadsheets, back to back emails, independently maintained files, and information repeatedly transferred between departments.

For supplier accreditation and procurement, authorized users can review relevant supplier information and supporting documents, monitor accreditation requirements, and manage information required as the supplier relationship progresses.

For accounts payable and billing, the workspace provides a structured environment for processing relevant supplier transactions and supporting records. Information submitted through the supplier side can form part of the internal review and processing workflow, reducing unnecessary duplication of information and documents.

For accounts receivable and treasury, the workspace supports the organization and monitoring of relevant collections, disbursements, cash related transactions, and their supporting information.

For accounting and tax, REDTECH One Enterprise Workspace provides an organized environment for maintaining transaction information and supporting records needed for accounting, reconciliation, tax administration, and applicable reporting requirements. Relevant BIR related reports and records supported by the system can be generated from information already maintained within the platform, reducing the need to repeatedly reconstruct reports from separate files.

For compliance and financial reporting, information generated from the organization's underlying transactions can be consolidated into reports that are more readily available for review. This addresses a common situation where reports still have to undergo several rounds of manual editing, modification, reconciliation, and consolidation before they can be used for compliance or management purposes.

At the management level, the Enterprise Workspace provides analytics and decision support by making relevant operational and financial information more accessible to authorized executives and decision makers. Management can review available information, identify matters requiring attention, and make decisions based on records generated from the organization's actual business activities.

REDTECH One Enterprise Workspace is therefore more than a collection of separate business functions. It is designed to create a connected internal working environment where supplier management, procurement, finance, treasury, accounting, tax, compliance, reporting, and management information can operate within one integrated platform.
