These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Product Demonstration Request page operated by REDTECH DYNAMICS SOLUTIONS CORP. (“REDTECH”). By accessing this page or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Demonstration Requests

Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or confirmation of your preferred schedule. A demonstration is considered scheduled only after confirmation by REDTECH. REDTECH may contact you to clarify your requirements or propose an alternative schedule.

No Commercial Commitment

Information presented during a demonstration is for general discussion and evaluation only. It does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, professional advice, or commitment by REDTECH. Any subscription, implementation, pricing, scope of work, or service arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

The page, demonstration materials, software, designs, trademarks, and related content are owned by or licensed to REDTECH. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them for any unauthorized commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Availability and Liability

REDTECH may modify, suspend, or discontinue this page or reschedule a demonstration when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, REDTECH will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, transmission errors, unauthorized third-party acts, or reliance on preliminary demonstration information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of this page shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of Muntinlupa City, to the extent permitted by law.
